[Submission Rules]

1. Create fan art based on the theme of celebrating the [2nd Anniversary of Reverse: 1999]. There are no restrictions on specific styles.

(1)Drawing: Includes illustrations, multi-panel comics, long-strip comics, stickers, chibi designs, etc. Sticker submission must include at least six images. Memes and uncolored line art will NOT be considered valid submissions.

(2)Music & Video: Includes game plot mashups, MikuMikuDance animations, kichiku videos, hand-drawn, covers, original music, and other various animation types are all acceptable. Submissions must be in video format, with a duration of 30 seconds or longer.

(3)Cosplay: Submissions must be in image format, with no size requirements. The subjects of photographs submitted must feature real people, and we recommend at least 3 images per submission.

2. Please base your creations on content released on the global, Korean, and Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan servers of "Reverse: 1999." Each entry can only be submitted to one category.

3. By participating in this event, you agree and authorize us to use your submitted work and game/platform nicknames, including publicly using your submissions or nicknames for promotional activities related to "Reverse: 1999" on the event platform and other platforms.

4. All contest entries must comply with PG-13 standards. It is prohibited to publish any content unrelated to this event, or that is illegal, against platform community rules, or that is in violation of the game's terms of service, or to engage in any activities related to the aforementioned situations through this event (including but not limited to publishing content with illegal, violent, or pornographic elements, personal attacks, inciting conflict, political or other sensitive elements, posting content with advertising links, or conducting any other form of propaganda dissemination against public order and morality).

5. All contest entries must be original and not plagiarized. If any form of plagiarism is found in your entry, you shall be disqualified from the contest and take responsibility for any issues caused by plagiarism. Therefore, entries created using AI technology will be considered invalid.

6. The copyright of work submitted belongs to the original creators. Participating in this event is considered an agreement to the non-commercial use of submitted work by "Reverse: 1999," including online and offline credited promotional displays. Submissions must not involve disputes over copyright (music, video, photo, font, etc.), portrait rights, trademark rights, or any other rights. In case of any dispute or controversy, the submitter shall bear full responsibility.

 

[Judging Rules]

1. The jury will consider the completeness of the work, its relevance to the world of Reverse: 1999, and the popularity of the work, to select the final winners. Some awards may have no winners. Details of the selection process will be kept confidential.

2. After the winners are announced, there will be a 7-day public review period. If you have any objections to the winning works during this period, please contact us through the game's customer service.

3. Please note that rewards issued for this event are solely in recognition of work submitted and do not represent official endorsement of the winners' past statements and positions.

 

[Prize Distribution]

1. If winners do not provide the required information before the set time, they will be considered to have forfeited their prize.

2. Any fees incurred during cross-border transfers will be shared between the organizer and the winner.

3. The actual style of physical rewards will be selected randomly, and the images provided are for reference only.

4. The Reverse: 1999 team reserves the right of final interpretation for this contest's rules.
