1. During the event, log in to the event page and tap "Pre-register." Once the successful registration notification appears, you've completed pre-registration. Each player may pre-register and claim the corresponding rewards only once. Pre-register rewards will be sent via mail after Version 3.4 update.

2. Complete pre-registration to claim 1 Lucky Draw chance. Win Clear Drops, merchandise, and other rewards. Share the event page for the first time to earn 1 extra draw. Log in daily during the event to receive 1 draw per day, up to 12 draws in total.

After logging in to the event page and completing pre-registration, you can use your obtained Lucky Draw. In-game items will be sent via in-game mail. Check your rewards in the draw records and in-game mail. If you have won a physical prize, please provide a valid email address by 2026-04-17 18:00 (UTC-5). We will contact you via email within 7 business days after the event concludes. Please follow the instructions in the email to claim your prize.

1. Rewards will be sent via in-game mail within 5 minutes and will be valid for 30 days. Picrasma Candy and Jar of Picrasma Candy are time-limited items. Please collect and use them in time.

2. Physical rewards will be shipped after the event concludes. Delivery time may vary depending on regional logistics and other factors. Please monitor your shipping status.

3. Please verify all your information for accuracy while you are completing the required steps in our email, as we cannot resend rewards that are undeliverable or returned due to: failure to submit address information in time, incorrect/incomplete address details, or other personal errors. Thank you for your understanding.

4. If physical rewards cannot be shipped to your region due to special restrictions, they will be replaced with other rewards of equal value.

5. If you participate in this event through improper means (including but not limited to using hacks, cheat tools, surreptitiously exploiting invitation codes, or any other methods that violate fairness), we reserve the right to take actions including but not limited to disqualifying your participation, revoking rewards, and reclaiming distributed rewards upon verification.
